Why per matter, not per seat?
Because the value tracks the case, not the headcount. Two people on a decisive matter get the same worth from it as ten — so you pay once, for the matter, and put whoever you like to work on it.
Who pays — the firm or the client?
The firm is the customer and the buyer. Your client is the day-to-day user; you set it up, see the work product, and oversee the matter.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly is month to month — cancel whenever the matter closes. The annual rate is the same offer for the case you know will run, at about two months off; there's no long contract to start.
What does it run on?
